    Issues with heating. The absence of a shower handle, a melted socket by the bed, non-functional lamp, and lack of complimentary toiletries felt underwhelming for what was marketed as a premium experience. Noise from early morning bottle collections disrupted sleep, and basic amenities like toiletries weren't consistently refilled . While functional, the room lacked a feeling of care and attention to detail that could elevate the experience.

    We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the amazing breakfast with the fluffiest scrambled eggs. The ambiance was perfect. We loved lounging on the sun terrace and relaxing by the bar after a long day. Just a small hiccup with the hot water in the morning, but it didn't ruin our experience. 😊
